The simplest way to order is by using our secure online ordering service and paying with your credit card.

Please have your credit/debit card ready so that we take your card details.

We accept all major credit/debit cards

ORDERING BY POST

If you prefer to order by post, please telephone us first to ensure that your items are in stock.

Cheques should be made payable to Willow Cashmere Ltd. and sent to:

Please allow 7 days for your cheque to clear before we are able to despatch your goods.

All orders are despatched within two days (if in stock).

POSTAGE AND PACKING COSTS

We will do everything we can to despatch your parcel on the day of your order, ensuring next day delivery.

However, during busy periods there is a possibility that the parcel will be sent out the day after ordering.

If you have any special requests regarding delivery please make these known to us in the comment box and we will do our best to deliver at the requested time.

We will of course contact you by phone or email if we are unable to fulfil your request.

Please note that a signature is required for this service and you should bear this in mind when giving us your preferred delivery address.

If you or someone at the address is unable to sign for the package it will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection.
