How to Order


The simplest way to order is by using our secure online ordering service and paying with your credit or debit card. Simply select your product, click Add to Basket and follow the instructions.


You can also order by telephone by calling 0845 680 9489. Please have your credit or debit card ready so that we take your card details. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Please note that this number is for ordering only. If you have enquiries about availability, colours, sizes etc. please email info@willowcashmere.com.

Postage and Packing Costs

  • Standard UK recorded delivery £5.95, 2-5 days. Please note that a signature is required for this service and you should bear this in mind when giving us your preferred delivery address. If you or someone at the address is unable to sign for the package it will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection.

  • Guaranteed Next Day Delivery £10. A signature is required for this service. Orders should be placed before 12 noon, Mon - Fri, for this service. Next day delivery orders placed over the weekend will be sent out on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

  • Standard EU delivery £15, 3-7 days

  • Non European Union Countries £22, delivery normally up to 12 days

We will do everything we can to dispatch your parcel on the day of your order. During busy times, especially when we have sales and promotions, your order may take a few extra days to arrive.


Unfortunately we do not refund VAT to Guernsey and Jersey customers.

Delivery Requests

If you have any special requests regarding delivery please make these known to us in the comment box and we will do our best to deliver at the requested time. We will of course contact you by phone or email if we are unable to fulfil your request.


If you are not happy with your cashmere purchase for any reason, please return the item, along with the details requested below, within 14 days. We will be happy to refund or exchange your items provided they are in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging.

We would like to draw your attention to the following:

  • we do not refund gift service and delivery charges
  • we do not refund gifts without a receipt but are happy to make an exchange

Please include the information below and whether you require a refund or exchange (please retain proof of posting from your shipper). Please also include a copy of the receipt that was sent with your cashmere product.
