Why Willow?

Willow co-founders Sarah Chelton and Carrie Clements have a passion for cashmere.

Set up 6 years ago, we produce wearable, covetable clothing that you will use year after year, long after your overpriced impulse buys hit the charity shops!

We only use the best quality cashmere yarn (long and fine), which is sourced, spun and loomed in Nepal, home to some of the world’s finest cashmere.

Every piece is hand loomed in our small family-run workshop and we are proud to be supporting and encouraging the employment of a skilled, local workforce.

Our colours are special too; every piece is hand dyed, producing wonderfully subtle colours that you simply won’t find in a mass production factory.

 We also use eco friendly solutions that won’t hang around causing damage to the environment. 

Most of our cashmere can be gently machine washed too – something you can only do with quality yarn that won’t shrivel, over bobble or turn into a ball of fluff when wet!
